Nursery

Play-based early years with phonics, numeracy, outdoor time and gentle social routines. Teachers keep developmental notes that appear on the nursery report.

Primary

English, mathematics, basic science, social studies, verbal and quantitative reasoning, ICT, French, creative arts, PHE and civic education. Continuous assessment plus term examinations. Class position can be printed on the yellow-grid report.

Secondary

Junior secondary laboratories, ICT and the national subject map, with an eye on BECE. Third-term reports carry a bold promotion status: Promoted, Promoted on trial, Repeat class or Withdrawn.
